From 1998 through 2005, the Florida Frontier Gazette was a quarterly journal that brought the stories of Florida’s natural and cultural history to thousands of subscribers around the State. It was funded by a Florida Department of State educational grant, but finally, due to budget cutbacks grant funding dwindled. All the old issues of the FFG can be read online at — Archives
